 I am registered with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and is guided by their professional code of ethics.
My past experience working as a manager, and currently working in the community providing emotional support and guidance as a coach for people who suffers from mental health issues.I also work as a IAPT Counsellor with the NHS and is currently offering counselling in my private practice. I feel this gives me the right balance , empathy and experience to assist clients in finding the best solution for solving their problems they face
My private practice is based in Streatham High Road and is 5 minute from Streatham train station.
I continue to develop my skills,knowledge and experience through volunteering in Schools as a counselling and community project focusing on the elderly regular Supervision, peer discussion and CPD workshops.

One-to-One

One to one therapy sessions offered. We are   located close to Streatham Rail Station about 5 minutes walk
Sessions are  can be both short and long term, each therapy  sessions will last 50 minutes.
